A Historical & Site seeing Tour that will take you from the Mother City (Cape Town) along the coast through to the Garden Route. From the Garden Route, we will travel through KwaZulu Natal (KZN) through to Mpumalanga and then to your departure point O.R Thambo International Airport in Gauteng.

Garden Route:

Visit the Diaz Museum in Mosselbay, take a boat ride to the Featherbed Nature Reserve to see the caves in Knysna, see the World’s highest Bungy jump bridge, stop and walk on beautiful long beaches along the way.

You will get the chance (weather permitting) to take a walk to the suspension bridge that crosses the Tsitsikamma River Mouth (lunch at the Cattle Baron Restaurant where you can see Dolphins / Whales passing if you are lucky). Stop at the Big Tree which is more than 1000 years old.

Sleep in Addo Elephant National Park (outside Port Elizabeth) with game drives in the Park.

We will fly from Port Elizabeth Airport to Durban Airport.

From Durban, we will drive up the Dolphin Coast on the N2 Highway towards St. Lucia and Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Park (surrounding areas) we will also visit the World Heritage-listed iSimangaliso Wetland Park (formerly known as the Greater St. Lucia Wetland Park)

Mpumalanga:

Once across the border and in Mpumalanga we will visit the Kruger National Park with Big 5 Game Drives in Open Safari Vehicles (OSV). We will sleep in a Game Lodge and drive past Waterfalls and many majestic scenic views of the rich historical & beautiful landscape.

 

 

 

Gauteng:

The name in Sotho-Tswana means “Place of Gold” and it is also the smallest of the provinces in South Africa. We will visit the Cradle of Humankind, the Apartheid Museum, and the Union Buildings in Tshwane (Pretoria) before we go to O.R. Thambo International Airport from your departure back home.
